Requirements
The WEMBA program is addressed to senior and medium level management. It was developed so as to enable people with different educational backgrounds and professional interests to gain a wide scope of competencies necessary to solve problems typical for Central European economies undergoing transformation.
The following people may apply for participation in the program:
- master-level degree graduates,
- with a fluent knowledge of English,
- with at least 3 years of professional experience (including at least six months at an independent post).
The qualification procedure includes:
- an English language test (TOEFL level),
- a psychological test (StrengthsFinder by The Gallup Organization),
- an interview.
